Saucepan Fudgies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    powdered or granulated sugar (for rolling)
Preparation
    In large heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool slightly.
    Beat in sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir into mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Chill for 30 minutes.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in sugar. Put on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool, then eat.
