Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 c. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese, divided
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine chicken, onion, green chilies and 1 1/2 cups cheese. In a separate bowl, mix soup and sour cream. Stir 1/2 cup of soup/cream sauce into chicken mixture. Fill tortillas with 1/4 cup mixture and roll. Place enchiladas in baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 5.
