Betty'S Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. cooked rice, cooked with 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can tomatoes (2 c.)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and margarine; drain off grease.
    Add cooked rice and tomatoes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
