Apple Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. drained sauerkraut
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 large apple, peeled and diced
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped red pepper or pimento
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Heat sugar and vinegar in small pan.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cool.
Pour over vegetables and apple.
Toss.
Let stand overnight.
