Quick Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    4 large potatoes, sliced
    3 large carrots, sliced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Put raw ground chuck in the bottom of a large baking dish. Arrange a layer of sliced potatoes on top of meat, then a layer of carrots.
    Top with layer of potatoes.
    Pour soup mixed with milk over all.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
