Beard'S Best Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk with 2 tsp. soda added
3 c. flour
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix ingredients
and bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
