Low-Fat Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 pkg. Alpine Lace nofat Cheddar cheese
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. fresh chopped cilantro
    1 bag Guiltless Gourmet corn chips
    Pace picante sauce
    fat-free Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Grill chicken breasts, seasoned to taste.
    Toss lettuce, tomatoes and onion in large bowl.
    Sprinkle cilantro over salad. Cube chicken breasts and lay on top of salad.
    Pour 1/2 bag corn chips over, then sprinkle with cheese.
    Drizzle with Catalina dressing and serve.
    Picante sauce can also be put on top of salad, otherwise, serve with remaining corn chips.
