Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 unbeaten egg
    1 Tbsp. dill seed
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 c. flour or more to make stiff dough
    1 tsp. instant onion
    1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Combine in mixing bowl the cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast.
    Add flour, beating well after each addition.
    Let rise in warm place until doubled in size.
    Stir dough down.
    Turn into well greased loaf pan and let rise in warm place 30 to 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. When done, brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
