Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, cut in little pieces
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    In a bowl, mash Blue cheese with a fork.
    Mix cheese with sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Add onions and pepper and mix well.
    Serve dip with bread sticks, assorted crackers or with fresh vegetables. Makes a good party appetizer.
