Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork sausage
    1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 c. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Separate rolls and place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center of pan. Press to fit bottom of pan and seal seams.
    Sprinkle sausage over crust.
    Toss together potatoes and cheese and sprinkle over sausage.
    Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Slowly pour over potato layers.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
