Microwave Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; shape into 12 balls and arrange in a circle in 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
    Cover with wax paper. Microwave at High 9 to 12 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes.
