Christmas Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked, drained and cooled
    9 eggs, beaten
    12 slices bread (crusts removed and discarded), cut into cubes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight.
    Take out 1 hour before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
    Serves 10 to 12.
