Farmer'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 large potatoes
4 to 8 Tbsp. butter (do not substitute)
2 (8 oz.) cartons whipping cream (unwhipped)
Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes in their skins until almost done; do not overcook.
Peel and allow potatoes to cool, then grate or shred finely.
Place 1/3 of potatoes in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish; top with 6 to 8 thin pats of butter and a generous sprinkling of seasoned salt.
Repeat with 2 more layers. Pour unwhipped whipping cream over potatoes and bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
The whipping cream will not cover potatoes, but will bubble up during cooking.
