Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. The Turkey Store Premium Fresh lean ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 tsp. ground cumin (if desired)
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 egg white
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. frozen whole kernel corn, cooked and drained
    1/2 to 3/4 c. salsa or picante sauce
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, corn meal, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, lime juice, egg white and jalapeno pepper; mix lightly. Shape into 5 (1/2-inch thick) patties. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until oil sizzles, about 1 minute. Add turkey patties. Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until browned and no longer pink in center. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine and heat corn and salsa. Serve with turkey burgers. Serves 5.
