Kick Back Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    3/4 c. salsa or 1 can RoTel Diced Tomatoes
    2 c. shredded cheese (any kind you like)
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage. Drain grease. In a large buttered casserole dish, add frozen hash browns. Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 c. water, mix and heat with salsa or Rotels about 2 minutes. Pour over hash browns, pour onions and bell pepper over hash browns & soup. Next sprinkle browned sausage over casserole. Top with grated cheese. Place in 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 40 minutes. Lets cool, Kick Back and Enjoy!
