Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 finely chopped onions
    4 tablespoons of butter
    4 tablespoons of flour
    1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch
    4 cups of chicken broth
    4 cups of milk
    1 cup of cooked shopped carrots
    1 cup of cooked chopped celery
    1/8 teaspoon of paprika
    1/2 lb. of cheddar cheese finely cut
Preparation
    Saute onions and butter until tender. Add flour and cornstarch, blending well. Add stock and milk gradually. Stir constantly. When boiling, add carrots, celery, paprika and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Add salt if necessary.
