Mini-Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. loose brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix with fork.
Grease mini size muffin pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 24 mini muffins.
