Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 chopped onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. grated cheese
    1 medium bag Fritos
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and mushroom soup.
    Heat to simmer stage.
    Put Fritos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour meat-soup mixture over this, then cover with grated cheese and cook in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
