Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. brisket
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Note: May substitute 2 teaspoons celery salt instead of paprika.
