Ingredients

1 c. fruit (cherries, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries)
2 c. white wine
Preparation

Wash fruit, pit cherries if using, but leave fruit whole. Place fruit in bottom of clean, sterilized jar.
Sterilize by immersing in boiling water for a few minutes.
Warm vinegar in an enameled pan, but do not boil.
