Low-Fat Chicken Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, stir together 1 1/3 cups of evaporated milk, the chicken bouillon and pepper.
    Stir the remaining milk and flour together until well blended, then add to mixture in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook another minute.
    Makes 6 (1/4 cup) servings.
