Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place hash browns in bottom of pan. Mix together onion, salt, chicken soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and 1 stick of butter.
Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with remaining butter.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
