Ham And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fully cooked ham slices, 1/2-inch thick (about 1 lb.)
    5 c. thinly sliced pared potatoes
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut ham in serving or bite-sized pieces.
    Place half potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with ham pieces.
    Place remaining potatoes on top.
    Combine soup, milk, green pepper, onion and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes and dot with butter.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Remove cover; bake 45 minutes longer or until potatoes are done.
