Ham Balls And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fully cooked ham
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. water
    hot cooked noodles
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. dried dill
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine ham, bread crumbs, onion, dill, milk, mustard, egg and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    In a large skillet, heat oil and margarine.
    Brown ham balls.
    Remove ham balls to serving platter or dish.
    (Can be put in a baking dish and baked in a 325\u00b0 oven.)
    Blend flour into ham drippings; gradually add water and stir until thick and smooth.
    Add sour cream and pepper.
    Heat through, but do not boil.
    Place noodles on platter; cover with ham balls.
    Pour sauce over ham balls.
    Makes 6 servings.
