Chocolate Chewies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
1 box brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
1 (7 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Grease and flour sheet pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
