Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts (in brine)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Drain artichokes and chop fine.
Mix with other ingredients (a food processor works well for this).
Turn mixture into buttered shallow casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers or pita bread.
