Cranberry Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. walnuts
    2 c. cranberries
Preparation
    Chop cranberries. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
