Shrimp New Orleans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 lb. sliced spicy sausage
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 c. diced green onion
1/4 c. minced garlic
2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
-
Melt butter in skillet.
Saute all ingredients (except shrimp and wine) until vegetables are slightly tender.
Add shrimp and saute until pink (done but still tender).
Add wine.
Cover and cook 60 seconds longer.
Serve with rice.
