Beacon Hill Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips over hot water.
    Beat egg whites with a dash of salt until foamy.
    Gradually add sugar, beating well. Then beat until soft peaks form.
    Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Fold in chocolate and walnuts.
