Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
Preparation
    Mix these ingredients together.
    When they are well blended, mix with starter.
    Let mixture stand, out of refrigerator, lightly covered all day.
    (Mixture will bubble.)
    At the end of the day, take out 1 cup of starter to use in making bread.
    Return other to refrigerator.
    Keep covered.
    Keep starter in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days and feed again.
    Starter must be fed every 3 to 5 days. Always leave 1 cup of starter.
    If you do not need to bake more bread after feeding starter, take 1 cup and give to a friend.
