Olive Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp. sherry
3 oz. stuffed green olives (drain on paper towels)
Preparation

Blend cheese and butter, stir in flour, mustard, pepper and sherry.
Roll one teaspoon of cheese mixture around each olive, covering completely.
When ready to serve, place on a cookie sheet and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
