Turkey Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 turkey breast
1 qt. milk
8 eggs
salt and pepper
flour
bread crumbs
deep fat
onion rings
Preparation

Parboil a turkey of 25 to 26 pounds until fairly done.
Lift out breast and cut steaks as from a beef tenderloin.
Dip steaks in a batter made of milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Dredge in flour, then dunk back into batter and finish off with bread crumbs.
Fry in fat (350\u00b0) until golden brown.
Serve with onion rings made in the same way.
