Marinated Vegetables(This Can Be Served Either As A Salad Or As An Appetizer.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
Preparation
    Prepare vegetables and place in a large bowl.
    Mix marinade ingredients and pour over vegetables.
    Cover and chill at least 12 hours.
    Drain 1 hour before serving.
    Serves approximately 8.
