Italian Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb sirloin tip roast
    2 cups canned beef broth
    3 Tbsp tomato paste
    1 large can chopped tomatoes
    2 garlic cloves-pressed
    1 Tbsp dried basil
    1 Tbsp dried oregano
    2 bay leaves
    1 lb mushrooms-optional
    1 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp all purpose flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Place roast in dutch oven or large pot. Pour in beef broth.
    Add the tomato paste and stir,
    add the tomatoes,
    blend in garlic, basil oregano, bay leaves. Cover and cook in oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn over meat and add the carrots, onions and mushrooms.
    Cover and continue to cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
