Sweet Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
3 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 large eggs
1 (16 oz.) can cut sweet potatoes, drained
Preparation

Combine yeast and warm water in container of electric blender; process 30 seconds.
Let stand
5 minutes.
Combine flours in large bowl.
Add 1 cup flour mixture, sugar and remaining ingredients to yeast mixture in blender container; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Gradually stir yeast mixture into remaining flour mixture to make a soft dough.
