Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. seasoned wild and long grained rice (Uncle Ben's)
    2 c. water
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Place the rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Pour in water and stir.
    Lay chicken pieces on top of rice.
    Pour or spoon can of mushroom soup over.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix over top and drizzle with sherry.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
