Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size can refried beans, cooked
3 medium size avocados, mashed
6 chopped green onions
6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 medium sized tomatoes, diced
1 (6 oz.) mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can black olives
Preparation

Spread cooked, cooled refried beans on platter.
Spread mashed avocados on top of beans.
Sprinkle chopped green onions; spread mayonnaise.
Sprinkle diced tomatoes.
Spread and sprinkle grated cheese and finally sprinkle black olives on top for garnish. Serves a small party of 6.
