Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large deboned, skinned chicken breasts, halved
2 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice (about 10 lemons)
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
1 c. canned chicken broth
2 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. herbes de Provence
salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation

One day before serving, place chicken in a shallow dish.
Pour lemon juice over chicken and marinate overnight, turning pieces occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Remove chicken from lemon juice; reserve juice.
Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Dredge the chicken with seasoned flour and place in shallow baking pan.
Bake chicken for 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
