Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 - 12 potatoes, washed and cubed
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 small box velveeta cheese
    instant potatoes to thicken
    milk or evaporated milk
    water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt & pepper to taste
    2 stalks celery
Preparation
    Put potatoes, onion, celery, butter, salt and pepper in pan with 1/2 pan water.
    Bring to a boil then simmer till potatoes are done.
    Add milk to fill up pan and add cheese, stir to melt.
    Add instant potatoes till thick as you want them.
