Microwave Ground Beef Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken gumbo soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion and green pepper in 2-quart microproof casserole.
    Cook 5 to 6 minutes on High, or until beef is no longer red, stirring once during cooking.
    Break up beef with fork; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except rice.
    Cover. Cook on High for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking time.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4 to 5 people.
    Total cooking time: 9 to 11 minutes.
