Apple Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
sprinkle of salt
1 Tbsp. fat (margarine or butter)
2 medium-size apples
1 Tbsp. white sugar
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Mix in fat with a fork until crumbly.
Set aside.
Peel and slice apples.
Put in a baking pan or dish.
Sprinkle apples with white sugar and water. Spread crumbly mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 (moderate oven) about 30 minutes, until lightly browned and apples are tender.
