Crispy Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can chopped sauerkraut
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain kraut well.
    Meanwhile, chop onion, celery and green pepper.
    Mix the dressing from vinegar, oil and sugar.
    Blend all ingredients together and marinate for an hour or longer.
    Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.
    Makes 6 servings.
