Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    In small bowl, mix sugar, cocoa and salt.
    In large bowl beat eggs, margarine, milk and vanilla.
    Gradually beat in sugar mixture; pour into pastry shell.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Cool before cutting.
    Filling is set, but somewhat soft in center.
