Ingredients

1/3 c. apricot preserves
4 pork loin chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

In a small saucepan over low heat, cook and stir preserves and mustard until preserves have melted.
Set aside.
Place pork chops on lightly greased broiler pan.
Broil 4-inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
Brush with half of the glaze; turn chops. Broil 5 minutes longer.
Brush with the rest of the glaze.
Broil 2 to 4 minutes longer or until meat juice runs clear.
Top with the diced onions and serve over cooked rice or alone.
