Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add carrots, oil, pineapple, vanilla and eggs.
    Mix, add nuts and coconut.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
