Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
3 c. Rice Krispies
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Melt butter; add sugar.
Combine pecans, eggs and dates.
Mix well together.
Cook 10 minutes over low heat in skillet, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and Rice Krispies. Cool until able to handle.
Roll in balls, then in coconut.
Will freeze well.
