Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. ripe mashed bananas
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    4 1/3 c. unsifted cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking extract
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs and cream again.
    Add mashed bananas and extract.
    Sift flour, soda, salt and baking powder; add to mixture, then add buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Add pecans.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Add mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
