Beef, Cabbage And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. butter
large cabbage, shredded
1 can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
5 medium potatoes
Preparation
-
Brown beef in butter.
Layer cabbage and sliced potatoes in baking dish; also layer beef.
Cover with tomato sauce and mix garlic with vinegar, salt and pepper.
Spread over top.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
