Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and cut into small equal pieces
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. house style Italian dressing
    4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
    3 stems broccoli, cut into spears
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    4 carrot sticks, sliced
    peanut oil
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce and dressing and place in medium size bowl. Marinate chicken in mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate.
