Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. yellow squash
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. sage
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Preparation

Cut squash in small amounts for boiling.
Drain thoroughly. Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese and paprika.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Place remaining cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles and cheese on top is melted, about 20 to 25 minutes.
